History can teach us a great deal about making our workplace more efficient. For Example: A master craftsman was someone who had progressed from apprentice to journeyman and had built up the skill and experience to be considered and accepted to the guild of master craftsmen. They had produced a worthy masterpiece for inclusion. They understood, intimately, what it was that they were required to do. A master craftsman had all of the tools and all of the equipment they needed and they knew how to use them all to create a masterpiece. When you work, are you a master craftsman or are you an apprentice?
