We think we know our own brains work - but is that really the case? Neuroscience has thrown up many findings in recent years that have confirmed our assumptions; but it has also discovered much to challenge the accepted norms. In doing so, it has demonstrated ways that we may be able to work more effectively, based on the way the brain works and not how we think it works. Not surprisingly we are seeing these findings applied in many different areas of organizational performance: from leadership, HR, and change management, through to teamwork, innovation, marketing and finance. After all, being able to improve the way you work is partly what separates high performance from doing enough to get by. Will any of the following three findings change the way you work?
