A project manager is just like any other job. There are certain "tools of the trade" that both ensure that the job gets done on time and meets all requirements but also to keep everything on track. Unlike other traditional jobs such as carpentry or plumbing that rely on various physical tools to get a job done; the tools for a project manager are a little bit more esoteric.
