Two years ago at age 45, I suffered what should have been a fatal, massive heart attack while lifting weights early in the morning. An amazing string of miracles kept me around. Each year, I share the insights gained from this wonderful experience. Shocking as it sounds, I wouldn't trade this experience for the world. The following is a summary of what I learned and how I adapted afterward to be even more productive.
