Your relationship with your business needs both a time to be serious and a time to be playful. Now, I realize you might be thinking that at work you don't bring out your "playful" side. I understand your dilemma but here's the thing. It takes a balance between being good, dutiful and accountable and being silly, open to new ideas, playful and fun to make any relationship work, even while at work.
