I am a big fan of Italian giallo movies, and one of my all time favourites in this genre is The Bird With The Crystal Plumage (1970). The Bird With The Crystal Plumage - which was the first instalment in the Animal Trilogy, and was followed by The Cat o' Nine Tails (1971) and Four Flies on Grey Velvet (1972) - was also the first giallo movie that Dario Argento directed, on his way to making his own significant mark in this hugely popular category of filmmaking.
